The main process in the water production process must be subject to process parameter detection and dynamic control, and meet the following requirements.

1. The water quality inspection of each process of water purification shall comply with the provisions of Chapter II. According to the requirements of process quality inspection points, the main water quality indicators such as turbidity, residual chlorine, ammonia nitrogen, pH value, alkalinity of diesel engine muffler can be configured with on-line continuous measuring instrument, and process quality control can be carried out according to the test results.

2、 In the water production process, the main operating parameters such as water level and pressure of each process should be equipped with online continuous tester. Process quality control should be carried out according to the test results, and the detection instruments should be calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy of the test data.

Third, both the imported raw water and the factory water must be measured by muffler equipment. The detection rate of the detector is more than 95%. In the process of water production, flow meters should be equipped as required. The flow meter shall be calibrated regularly according to its grade requirements.

4、 The water purification agent must be metered and added. The metering pump is preferred for the water production process system, which is convenient for automatic control, and is calibrated regularly according to the characteristics of the metering pump or metering device to ensure the water treatment effect.

Article 5 the power consumption in the water production process shall be measured separately according to the working procedure. The water inlet and outlet water pump sets shall be equipped with electricity meter respectively according to the single unit, and shall be tested regularly according to the requirements of the local measurement department to ensure accurate measurement.
