In the project research and development, our company needs to introduce talents in evaporative cooling technology, frequency conversion automatic control and energy saving, electronic and electrical engineering, structural design engineering. At present, our company is a Nanjing enterprise, its technology has been recognized by the market. In the future development, our product technology needs to be further expanded to meet international standards. The project completed the research and development of control system and converter of 2.0MW doubly fed wind turbine, and realized the mass production. Through the research and application of control system, theory and frequency converter technology, the project has achieved the goal of low failure of fan, high efficiency, low cost and high performance of ventilation muffler. It has independently developed and actively innovated, and filled the blank of domestic large automobile muffler fan without independent intellectual property rights. The product also has reliable grid connection protection function. It can not only automatically disconnect and automatically connect to the grid according to the overvoltage, undervoltage, over frequency and under frequency of the power grid, but also can realize anti islanding operation by using active and passive islanding detection technology. Equipped with communication interface, remote monitoring can be realized.
