SSL L-type threaded elbow

By using CAN bus technology and muffler assembly MCU, the control function of general tractor electro-hydraulic suspension is realized. On this basis, the intelligent control of the whole machine, the information communication of the whole machine control and the application of the single chip microcomputer in the intelligent tractor are further studied. At present, there is no large-scale superplastic forming technology for aluminum alloy sheet in China, and only two enterprises in the world have this technology. Technical research was carried out in cooperation with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Through cooperation, the project will complete the superplastic forming of nearly 2m aluminum alloy sheet and provide a complete set of wallboard for London Metro bus. The research contents and key technologies are as follows: (1) servo control of gantry crane under random faults; (2) coordination and scheduling of upper and lower layers and parallel layers of PSD control system; (3) EMC design under harsh electromagnetic environment; (4) quantitative reliability analysis of large complex system. Design life: 25 years, muffler stainless steel transmission system adopts brush DC motor; system fault free use times: no less than 1 million times.
